On Friday, the girls’ varsity swim and dive team had a dominant performance, beating Garnet Valley with a score of 95-70. The girls earned first place in eight out of the 12 events.
Both teams started off strong, but Conestoga formed a significant lead against the Garnet Valley swimmers in the first half. In the second half, Garnet Valley started to gain momentum and push back against ’Stoga, but it ultimately fell short.
The girls won 95-70 and will play against Upper Darby on Thursday, Jan. 11.
