On April 22, Conestoga’s Desi Club celebrated Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, on the school’s track. The festivities lasted from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and admission cost $7.50 per student. Participants ran around and threw colored powder at each other in an event full of music and vibrant colors.

“This was my first time doing it, and I thought it was very fun,” freshman Zainab Hassan said. “I’ll do it every year now.”

Members of the Bollywood Dance Club followed the event with a brief dance performance.
