Girls soccer dominates Manheim Township, advances to state quarterfinals

On Tuesday, the girls’ varsity soccer team bested Manheim Township High School 3-0 in the first round of the PIAA 4A Girls Soccer Championship. 

Senior Chloe Brown scored the only goal in the first half, bringing the Pioneers to an early 1-0 lead by halftime. Sisters sophomore Kate Kemmerley and junior Keira Kemmerley, each scored a goal in the second half, securing the team’s 3-0 victory.

The girls will play against Fox Chapel High School in the state quarterfinals on Saturday, Nov. 11.
