‘Stoga’s boys’ varsity soccer team took on Lower Merion on Thursday, Nov. 5. Although ‘Stoga scored the first goal of the evening, eliciting many cheers from parents in the stands, Lower Merion managed to quickly score two goals. At the end of the first half, ‘Stoga regrouped and gave a team “all-hands-in” cheer before returning to the field. The Pioneers finished the second-half strong, eventually winning the game 3-2.
