On Wednesday, the boys’ tennis team secured a unanimous victory against Upper Darby 7-0.
In the singles matches, junior Ethan Sun beat his opponent 6-0, 6-0 in 24 minutes and nine seconds. Shortly after, sophomore Tristan Lubiniecki ended his match victorious with a score of 6-0, 6-0. Senior Will Connelly won the third and final singles match 6-0, 6-1.
In the doubles matches, junior Dimitrije Markovic and senior Jamie Schmitz won 6-1, 6-0. Junior Mustafa Sharief and sophomore Henry Melchiorre triumphed over their opponents with a score of 6-1, 6-1. In the finishing game, freshman Viktor Wang and freshman Jason Li won the last doubles match 6-1, 6-1, ensuring Conestoga an undivided win.
The boys play their next match on Monday, April 20 against Lower Merion.
