On April 16, the girls’ varsity lacrosse team gathered on Teamer Field to play against Upper Darby, winning 15-1.
Thirty-two seconds into the first quarter, junior Lu Misener scored the first point. The team managed to score six goals in the first six minutes of the game. The quarter ended with Conestoga in the lead 7-0.
In the second quarter, the girls maintained their lead and entered halftime up 11-0 against Upper Darby.
After halftime, Conestoga continued their winning streak. The girls concluded the third quarter 13-0.
In the final quarter, Upper Darby scored their first point of the game. Ultimately, Conestoga won 15-1.
The team will play their next game on April 18 against Archbishop John Carroll.
