Boys golf beats Lower Merion 249-213

The boys’ varsity golf team won 249-213 during its match against Lower Merion on Tuesday.

Both teams started strong on the nine-hole course, but the Pioneers persevered in the end. Conestoga’s top scorers were sophomore Chris Sung, senior Richie Biborosch, freshman Jake Patterson, senior Aiden Fahey and junior Gavin Dirkes, scoring 40, 42, 43, 44 and 44, respectively.

The boys play again on Thursday, Sept. 21 against Garnet Valley and Upper Darby.
