Brief by Rohan Anne, Staff Reporter

On Oct. 28, a garnet ribbon fell to the grounds of Conestoga, immediately followed by an eruption of cheers. This was part of the ribbon cutting event to celebrate the newest addition, the atrium. The construction project includes multiple tables and a staircase leading to a lounge area, as well as areas for new classrooms, mainly designed for electives. The goal of the atrium was to provide a central hub and more space for students to congregate. While there are still a few renovations remaining, the atrium is a substantial project that supplies students with a new area to relax and work, making it an important section of Conestoga.
