On Oct. 23, the boys’ varsity football team played their annual senior night game against Ridley High School at Teamer Field. The game came off to a slow start, with neither team scoring in the first quarter. In the second quarter, however, Ridley took an about-face and scored two touchdowns. With the Raiders up 14-0 at halftime, things were looking bleak for the Pioneers. Ridley’s streak continued in the third quarter, giving them a lead of 21-0. With just four minutes left in the quarter, however, Conestoga came out and scored two touchdowns. Despite their best efforts, the Pioneers could not pull through and lost the game 21-14.
