Junior Grace Lanouette has qualified for outdoor track Districts, States and Nationals this year. At the district meet, Lanouette ran a 11.94 for the 100 meter event and a 24.55 for the 200 meter event. These times allowed Lanouette to qualify for the state meet. At the tate meet in Shippensburg, PA Lanouette ran the 100 meter event with a time of 11.98. She also ran a time of 24.64 for the 200 meter event. These time allowed Lanouette to qualify for Nationals. Lanouette is proud of her accomplishment at states against other competitive athletes.
“I thought states went really well. It was an incredible experience running against so many talented athletes and being able to place so highly,” Lanouette said.
