On Saturday, the boys’ soccer team faced off against Central Bucks West High School.
Conestoga started the first half strong, shutting down Central Bucks West defensively. Twenty minutes into the half, freshman and forward Ewan Abhulimen scored off a cross by freshman Dylan Grilley, bringing the score to 1-0. The boys continued to fight throughout the first half and ended it 1-0.
Three minutes into the second half, ’Stoga began an offensive push, with junior Ben Frischmann scoring and bringing the score to 2-0. The boys maintained their lead throughout the half with a strong defense, ending the game 2-0.
The boys play their next game on Tuesday, Sept. 16 against Penncrest.
