On Tuesday, the boys’ tennis team defeated Radnor 6-1, continuing the team’s winning streak. The team is currently ranked first in the Central League.
Seniors Michael Gao and Rohan Rao won both their singles matches 6-1, 6-0, and 6-2, 6-3, respectively. Sophomore Ethan Sun dominated his singles match, winning 6-2, 6-2.
In the doubles matches, freshman Sean Fan and Tristan Lubiniecki won their match 6-2, 6-2. Senior Lucas Montello and junior Jamie Schmitz won 6-1, 6-1. Seniors Ethan Davidson and Jiong Li lost a hard-fought match 1-6, 3-6. Senior Raphie Lubiniecki and junior Jake Tsang won 7-5, 6-4.
The team will play their next game on Thursday, April 24 against Marple Newtown.
