On Friday, the boys’ and girls’ swim and dive teams honored their senior players, swimming against the Lower Merion Aces at their Senior Night meet. They won by 104-43 and 106-65, respectively.
The Pioneers celebrated 12 seniors: Brandon Bacani, Justin Cuevas Riego de Dios, Stanley Cui, Brianna Fan, Avery Hillier, Hadar Miller, Aru Nayak, James Oken, Sabrina Sandorff, Harrison Wood, Hutch Wood and Juliana Yao. The meet was cut short when the fire alarm rang during one of the last events, resulting in the teams evacuating the building and the meet ending early.
The teams play against Harriton next on Thursday, Jan. 30.
