On Tuesday, the field hockey team defeated Ridley 6-0 at its Fast Flicks night game.
Sophomore Peyton Esposito and senior Shae Wozniak scored goals in the first quarter to give the Pioneers a 2-0 lead. Neither team scored a goal during the second quarter.
At halftime, the team invited all Fast Flicks players onto the field for a game of sharks and minnows. In the third quarter sophomore Maia Asselta, Esposito and freshman Reagan Herrell scored goals. In the final quarter, Esposito scored her third goal, securing the 6-0 win for Conestoga.
The girls play their next game against Penncrest on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
