On Thursday, the boys’ varsity lacrosse team took a tight 3-2 win over Lower Merion.
The game started slow, with the first quarter ending in a score of 0-0. By halftime, the Pioneers were down 1-0.
In the third quarter, ’Stoga took the lead with two goals scored by seniors Clif Hawkins and Adrien Grove. Grove scored a second goal in the fourth quarter to make the score 3-1. Lower Merion came back with a goal of their own, but ultimately ’Stoga won 3-2.
The boys play their next game against Coatesville on Saturday, April 27.
