On Saturday, the boys’ varsity soccer team defeated Great Valley 2-0.
The Pioneers started strong with senior Julian Gomez scoring the first goal.
In the second half, the team continued its momentum. Senior Tommy Barausky, sophomore Derek Boyer and senior Ethan Howard stood out on defense with Gomez and senior Michael Haley on the offense. Senior Ryan Zellefrow scored the last goal, ending the game 2-0.
The boys play their next game against Radnor on Tuesday, Oct. 17.
