The boys’ varsity soccer team beat Garnet Valley 8-3 on Thursday.
The team started off strong with senior Kole Wintersteen scoring the first goal, quickly followed by senior Michael Haley scoring another. Wintersteen scored the boys’ third goal, and junior Cole Frederick scored with an assist from senior Westin Fryberger, ending halftime with a lead of 4-1.
The Pioneers continued these victories, scoring four more goals in the second half of the game.
They play their next game against Downingtown West on Saturday, Sept. 23.
