Boys soccer secures momentous win against Haverford

The boys’ varsity soccer team put in the work during its game against Haverford on Tuesday, winning 3-0.

Senior Westin Fryberger secured a goal for Stoga at the beginning of the game. Soon after, seniors Charlie Culbert and Kole Wintersteen scored one goal respectively. 

By halftime, the Pioneers had a firm three-point lead. Their strong defense continued into the second half, preventing Haverford from scoring a single goal. The boys ended the game with a final score of 3-0.

They play their next game against Ridley on Tuesday, Sept. 19.
