Senior Night Victory: Conestoga beats Penncrest 39-21

Conestoga’s boys’ basketball team hosted Penncrest on Friday, Jan. 13 at their blackout and senior night game. The event started with a walkout, with seniors on the basketball team and cheerleading squad being honored for their achievements
The game then started with the Pioneers leading in the first quarter and extending the lead to 18-7 by halftime. Through running meticulous plays and converting by hitting a barrage of three-pointers, they were able to keep the lead in the third quarter, and eventually ending the game 39-21
The Pioneers will play their next game on Wednesday, Jan. 18, against Haverford High School at Conestoga.
