On the 28th and 29th Jan., archery club members partook in the largest tournament of their season. Six archers from ‘Stoga participated in The Easton Youth and Collegiate Tournament, a national competition held in Manheim.

The results were remarkable, with every participant achieving new personal records. The captains, Jimmy Zhao and Tony Tong performed exceptionally well, securing 7th and 13th ranks, respectively. Zhao advanced to the shoot-offs. 

As the winter season for archery wraps up, Zhao looks back on it as one of growth. 

“I believe everybody who competed should be proud of their performance regardless of the result. Being willing to go out and take this step forward shows a level of commitment that most people don’t have.”
